Use of our facility is reserved for Refresh Church members and is subject to availability. At this time, we cannot accommodate requests from non-members.

General Information and Fee Structure


We offer the use of the following areas for events up to a maximum of 3 hours:



  • Multipurpose Room – $100 (includes kitchen access)

  • Auditorium (no media support) – $300

  • Auditorium with media support – $400


All fees are flat, non-refundable, and non-negotiable.


Once your request for facility use has been approved, payment must be made in advance through our website at https://refreshkc.com/. Select “Give,” then choose “Building” from the dropdown menu and submit payment for the space you are requesting.


Please do not submit payment until your request has been approved.
